When one thinks that negatively inside - no matter the reason - they draw equivalent negative events into their world.

They're already "persecuted", secretly or otherwise. At least they believe they are persecuted. That's what makes them ignorant racists.

If you meant secretly "prosecuted", then no, unless they're in Guantanamo.

No. The internet is anonymous. However, if you believe in karma, yes, they'll get what's coming to them.
