How do i intall two dimmers in one junction box to control a different device each?

If the existing box is a double switch box, you just need to install the dimmers and cover.
If the existing box is a single switch box, you will need to install a double switch box, then the dimmers.

You need three cores to the switch box (If that is what you mean by junction box??) One core is live and loop feeds to both dimmers on the 2 gang dimmer, terminal 'C'. The other two wires, one each from terminals 'L1' to each of the two lights (devices??) that you wish to control.
I'm not too happy with your terminology, so if the above is not what you mean, disregard it and give some more information.
