How do you try to keep yourslef warm ,when the weather is very cold?

Some times the weather is really cold and even if you wear lots of good clothes that still don't work and you still can feel that your blood is freezing. Do you have any advice?

Layers of clothes. Undershirt Shirt Sweater/Sweat Shirt Coat Gloves Scarf Hat etc etc.

Get wrapped up like a cozy little hedgehog and if I'm indoors put the heating on
