the truth, of course. but it's something we all need.
a lie may make us feel good... but it'd still be a lie... u know? and the worst part is that when we find out that it was a lie, it hurts even more than the truth itself.

That all depends on the situation. I'm all for honesty, but if I had to lie to someone I love to not hurt them, I would.
