what do you use yahoo answers for?

any answers are welcome! do you use it for answering, looking up answer, asking, etc? what category do you answer? just answer anything and i'll be grateful!

For many things. One, for fun. At least that's how I started.
Then to get answers to my problems. Usually problems in programming and software and those things -- my university domain.
And well, just to answer questions, maybe find an answer to some question I didn't realize I have. In short...wasting my time in a useful manner.

man i mostly ask than answer well rite now im catching up i ask about new phones that just came up or anything thats entertainment or music(<--- thats the category i answer the most)

Not for writing my "Thesis" that's for sure. Just to pass the time and have a few laughs a long the way is all.

Entertainment, and I kinda use it for confesional too, like the fact that I have OD'd on the cold medicine today. Yep, total buzz right now...

To kill boredom. Occasionally I will look up other answers to something I am wondering about, like a recipe or something.

I use it to keep my brain active and for a good laugh. Also for information and knowledge. Although it seems I get more violations than laughs. LOL

I use YA to launder money and to meet interesting transvestites from all over the world.

I use it when I have nothing better to do. Sometimes I use it to ask people for advice, or recipes. Usually I use it for wasting time! =D
