That all depends on the size of the refrigerator, the efficiency of the compressor, and the overall design. Not including outside variables.
The more the compressor and fan has to work.......the more electricity needed. If the refrigerator is well insulated, it'll maintain it's temperature much longer and will not need to start the compressor prematurely.

well that all depends on the wattage consumption, the bigger the watts, the more its gonna cost. The watts should be in the specification in the manual or on the back of the fridge

If it is not insulated properly, it could. Normally, since the area to cool is smaller, it takes less time running to get it to the required temperature.
