i never heard of a 110 stove. (for the kitchen) a 220 volt stove is just TWO 110 lines.
most heavy duty lines, like large air conditioners, and electric hot water heaters require a 220 volt system to operate. also electric clothes dryers are 220.

They should use pretty much the same energy. The 220 volt stove might heat up quicker, and save a little energy that way.

I have not seen a 100V stove. 220 would be cheaper though. It would also take longer for a 110 unit to heat up and also maintain a temperature.
