I notice only those with the correct answer supplied sources. Everyone is forgetting the Balkan conflict though. Can anyone answer if I use the names Serbia or Kosovo?

the Balkans have been an issue..but Clinton waltzed into the Bosnian Albanian conflict along with his pals at Enron..where they chose to demonmize Yugoslavian President and bomb a European nation for several weeks then grab up several energy leases..and rebuilding contracts with the grace and help of the American media reporting mass graves that Kosovoans never created and has created a terror group of Kosovoans that attacked Ft Dix last year and the press never called them by name or even once referenced the group's origins or issues with the USA

President Clinton was involved with the Balkans and was not in office when we began dealing with Somalia. Our involvment with Somalia began in 1992 when President Bush ordered an air lift of food to Somali children.

Yeah, the Serbia thing was a disastrous mark on Clintons legacy, he acted to late, many believe. Clinton otherwise was a great president (Besides Monika Lewinsky).
