I know a place in Mill Hill Village, and also Dollis Hill somewhat. Both high on a hill.

Primrose Hill, Lavender Hill, but best is the London Eye.

I recommend taking a tour of Big Ben, you can get a 360 view of london, the only thing is you must be a resident(no overseas visitors). The catch to this is a resident can take them with you.. so start befriending some locals and maybe pay one $50 to go on the tour with you!! good luck
