For people In the Washington state area only!?

I have put aside a large sum of money for valentines day. Im looking for a "nice" resturant. Im new in the area so if any one could give me some sugestions... then some ideas for after dinner. Also it would be nice if the resturant was close to the Bangor Naval Base.... Thanks!

I live in WA .Where is Bangor Airforce Base located nearby to? Seattle,Tacoma ,Annacortes Friday Harbor??? Or elsewhere?????
