1)you need a good certified organic probiotic for starters:
https://jerrysorganicshop.mionegroup.com/product/15101

2)food when it metabolises turns into acid ash if there is not alkaline in your body, which inturn if your body doesn't have alkalinity it goes to reserves located in the bones, which then depletes calcium, which leads to osteo.

3)Go to a health food store and buy some PH strips to test what your alkaline levels are. its like $15.00, do this daily.
4)Water high in Alkaline levels Fiji, Evian, Penta, Essentia

5)stay away from other waters as they contain flouride, contrary to what we were taught in schools. FLouride is highly toxic. Hope that helps!

Dear Jennifer,
Osteoporosis is a serious problem and there's a lot more to fixing it than taking calcium supplements or drinking milk.
I found a web site with the best discussion of the problem and wholistic approach to the problem that I have seen anywhere (and I am a nurse). It is at www.theglobalsuccessteam.net, under the health issues option, and then click on the subject by Dr. Bevaqua. She is a molecular biologist, and teaches health and nutrition to health professionals world-wide. I've found her a great help in my own health search.
I hope you find what you need.

You need to be taking 1200 international units of calcium daily.

It will make your bones much more easily broken so get busy working on that.

Weight baring exercises strengthen bones.
Drive off a distance, like 1, 1 1/2 and 2 miles and get started walking every day. Begin at one mile and work your way up.

My Mom had it and did water exercises, that was very beneficial.
