You probably won;t get locked up.
But do you want to live life thinking that you might now, or someday get thrown in jail?
My advice to you is......be a productive family member at home.
Go to, and stay in school.
And get off, and stay off the drugs.
C'mon......give your folks a break. Give yourself a chance.
The best way to live life, is a clean life.

Domestic what?
The truancy alone, would probably just get you under house arrest, but adding the possesion (of an illegal substance of any kind and being a minor) will probably land you some sort of jail time. At least a month or two, with community service and some sort of supervision by an officer.
But it all ultimately depends on the judge's lienency towards you. If you confess and be honest with him, you may able to redeem yourself enough to just get a lot of community service.

Well, the possibilities of going to juvi are really really big for you. However, if the judge is nice you might only have to do community service if it's a first offense on all of those. But if you've learned your lesson and promise not to do it every again.... you should be okay.... in my eyes you will be. The court is a different story.

Geez, how did you get so messed up? Are you hanging with "the wrong crowd"?
If so, I would recommend hanging with other people, keeping a low profile (and good behavior) at home. Go to class and at least TRY to do what's expected.
Don't walk around carrying any regulated substances - or booze at your age - that's just dumb and asking for trouble!
If you are addicted to serious stuff - eg. crack, coke, heroin, you need to get treatment - there is no future for you if you are messed up with stuff like that.

You might can get probation if this is your 1st offense, but if you have previous charges or a bad background they can lock you up until you are 18 years old.

Possibly at the juvenile facility but you can count on probation.
That is going to be entirely up to the judge.
Please straighten up before you do something that causes irreversible damage to either yourself or someone else.
Good luck

One can only hope. What will happen will depend on the exact nature of the charges, what the DA seeks, arguments your lawyer makes and the mood of the judge. State law will also provide limitations and guidelines.

You should be locked up... Children these days are getting into too much trouble without being punished for it.
Should of thought about your decisions before you made them...

You sound like a real winner. You must be really making your parents, guardians, or pimp proud. Hopefully, a little time in your juvenile detention facility will clue you in.
