It is safe to delete, but it is Adware and may have come as part of a package that you agreed to.If the option to quarantine is available you may wish to select that to ensure your software package is not affected.Good luck!!

A simple way to get a second opinion on a possibly infected file is email it as an attachment to your Yahoo email account.

Yahoo will scan with Norton and block it if it is infected.

If you are worried about deleting a possibly useful file, RENAME the file. Example: MaybeVirus.exe ==> MaybeVirus_exe.BAK.
If it was important, you can recover by changing the name again.

Here's another handy idea. After you rename the file, Right Click > Properties > Summary tab. Under comments write something like "Dec 26 2007 Trend Micro thinks this is a virus."

When you place your mouse pointer on the file name, the comment should appear as a balloon.
