I hope your birthday isn't too far away!!! You need a new computer, NOT a new graphics card. Your old PC can NOT be upgraded to a graphics card capable of driving your new Monitor.

If you don't do Gaming or DVD Authoring, virtually any new PC can handle the monitor, but don't be afraid to ask before you buy. Better graphics increases the overall cost.
