Can a women ovulate twice in one month? I have been ttc for 13 months. I have taken two cycles of clomid. My first round I ovulated on cd 23. This month I ovualted on cd 14. I am now 7 dpo and have mild cramping, similar to when I ovulate. Could I be ovulating again? Any advice is greatly appricated!

It is definitely possible to ovulate twice in a month HOWEVER the second egg would ovulate within 24 hours....that's what I've heard and read before. You wouldn't ovulate this week and then ovulate next week again. It would definitely be within 24 hours from the first egg being released...

Honestly, I think it is possible, though not usual. If I were you, I would not take any chances, make sure that you have intercourse. You could be experiencing implantation as well, it's been 7 days, this would be normal. But... just in case, have sex!
