Unlikely. He hasn't attended any yet. And while it is not standard practice for Presidents to attend military funerals, the claim of another poster that no President has is incorrect. LBJ attended two funerals of soldiers killed during Viet Nam. I can't say for sure if any other President did, but it would certainly be odd if those were the only two in our nation's history.

I would think it strange for anyone, including a president, to attend the funeral of someone they did not know. Many would accuse Bush of doing a photo op, or he might face scorn from those who attend. World leaders generally don't attend the funerals of fallen soldiers for many good reasons. Clinton didn't attend any either.
