i do wear a bra (in fact i cant wear nething without it). should i consider plastic surgery in the near future?

No you schould not get plastic surgery you schould have a doctor take a quick peek sometimme soon and se what he or she says about it. My doctor ounce asked my to remove my bra and she felt them for a few miniutes and asked me if I had ever thought about getting plastic surgery and i said nope i like mine saggy.

Well if your allways wearing your bra I can't think why they're sagging unless your not wearing very tightly. Do you waer it when you sleep? Just make sure its tight and good luck cuz I don't wanna have to say your gonna need surgury and a little sagging is even normal.

If you have heavy big breasts that cause health issues, yes you could think of having a reduction covered by insurance.
If they are just saggy, then you could get a breast lift but have to pay out of pocket.

No. How in the world does a 17 year old have saggy breasts?
Once you marry and have babies they will change again anyway.

hmmmm...go see a doctor...I dont know how u could have saggy boobs so young...did u recently lose a lot of weight? that may explain it...if not, see what ur doctor suggests.
