Well the White House Library would have a myriad of brand new never opened books with shiny covers on them that G.W. would spend hours sitting and admiring from afar. His own private reading library would consist of Mad Magazine, Cracked, Politics for Dummies, some Comic books, coloring books and some crossword puzzle books that he first thought were coloring books.

Then he'd have some made up titles like:
"How to Destroy the World in Eight Years"
and
