but the fact that the problem is no longer a burden to me, maybe not

Maybe you should add up all the money your parents spent on you over the years while you were growing up - and then until you got that well paid and secure job, and ask the question of yourself again.

I'd never sue my parents, they are typically the only people you'll ever be able to go to who will help you out of whatever predicament their kids get into.

My parents have earned my total loyalty - I would not let any circumstances arise that could lead to me suing them. In a professional capacity - again it would never happen, they rank higher with me than any job.

I would sue my mother. Only because she is selfish and doesnt know right from wrong. If it were my father, I would not sue him.
