Since I'm sure he's done something since 2003, there can be no debate that the wackest rapper, now and forever, is BIZARRE from D12.
No other rapper can single-handedly ruin a good rap song like Bizarre. He rhymes at half the tempo of the beat; he rhymes words that don't rhyme; he says some of the most pathetically incompetent rhymes I ever heard.
Example from "Devil's Night":
"Ten years is what I'm facing
Police breaking in my house
Lil' Bow Wow in the basement
A rapist that'll bust in your mouth
I'll probably be in jail 'fore this
F***ing album comes out
I'm eighteen years old
Still sh*t in the bed
Beating till I'm red
Fear nothing but water and bread"
Wow! In ten lines, Bizarre claimed to be a gay rapist, incontinent, an overzealous masturbator, and a p*ssy (fear water and bread?!?). Not to mention his best rhyming is bed/red/bread. Wow!

This question sucks. Playaz Circle, Lil' Wayne, Birdman, Soulja Boy, Gucci Mane, Hurricane Chris, Cam'ron, Juelz Santana, And every freakin' rapper on DJ Khaled's Listen album. Not to mention 50 Cent, Mike Jones, Paul Wall. Most dirty south rap just pisses me off.
