Depends on what type of hotdog we're talking about.
If it were the hotdog you eat, I like relish, hot mustard on it.
If it were the "other" type of "hotdog," I better keep my mouth shut as it may be a violation of the community guidelines... LOL!

Ketchup, mustard, onions (I don't even like onions, but for some reason I like the onions at the hotdog stands because they mix it with some type of sweet sauce that taste really good). When I'm at home, I just stick to ketchup and mustard.

Usually plain sometimes a bit of sauerkraut.
A NYC Nathan's hotdog doesn't need anything on it (but I won't stop anyone from dressing it up to their own taste).
As for any other meaning - I agree with Tom W.

Mustard and relish - occasionally, I throw caution to the wind and toss some sauerkraut on the dog!

Castup and X-TRA Onions and lots of it keeps it from being dry and makes it moist and crunchy. No one may not wanna kiss me after eating it unless they love onions.
I am waiting for someone to say a condom lol

Well if you are talking about a real hot dog then sauerkraut and mustard but for the other hot dog, I'm a purist.
