Depends on the state; with luck you will get a right to drive to work

Second DUI ... and you drive for a living? What state, and how did you keep your license after the first DUI?

In most jurisdictions your driving privileges will be revoked for a period of time, if you drive for a living, that could mean no more job.

People who drive for a living should take extra care where their license is concerned, dang ain't you a dumb one for getting two dui's.

Get ready for:

Major fines
suspended license
possible jail time
loss of job
loss of ability to get new driving job

Feeling stupid yet?

Here's more
License reinstatement fees
higher insurance bills

If you drive for a living, it's time to change your career field. Other than that, you deserve everything you get. IMO, you should have learned your lesson before you received your first DUI. To get a second one means you are too stupid to have a drivers license.

Driving is a privilege (which I hope you lose), not a right.

It will probably affect it a lot. Depends on your State and the mandatory punishments though. Driving for a living will be used against you in court. They will say that you should know better. If you have a CDL, the consequences will be greater.

I suggest you get another job and learn to use public transportation.

PA 5 days to 6 months in jail,. 1 year suspension for 2nd offense.

If I were you I would hire an attorney then. Depending on which state your in, (most states) will order the DPS or DMV to suspend your license.

Start looking for another occupation where you don't need to drive, you will need it when you get out of jail.

Don't do the crime if you cant do the time.
