If no one is viewing your home either your agent is not promoting it very well, the price is too high, or both.

If you are in CA I can take a look at your listing and try to help you figure out what is wrong with it. I am not an agent but I do have a marketing background. Also, I invest for a living, so look at those things all of the time.

This isn't the best time to be trying to sell. But price, terms and location play an important part in a buyer's view. If you aren't using a Realtor, I suggest you do. If you are, you might consider lower the price. I always asked my clients to consider a professional stager as well. They can make your home look it's best with the things you already have. Try that too. Good Luck!

cannot sell your home why? Are you using a realtor? if so it sounds like you need to go through a different realtor. Perhaps you need to do a few cosmetic things to attract a few people to come look at it. Sometimes when it comes to homes you ahve to spend some money to get bigger returns.

LOWER YOUR PRICE.

A house will always sell at the right price.
You need to stop dreaming that it's worth more than it really is, and price it appropriately to SELL.
If you don't, you're going to lose big, because prices are continuing to go down, not up.
