1. Miami, Florida - my sister and her friends did a girls vacation there and had a blast! And they are ages 26-33.
2. Las Vegas - shows, pools and drinks and gambling if you like.
3. New York City - Broadway and Shopping and clubs.
4. San Francisco - Go on a wine tasting extravaganza!

Wow - so many possiblities.
What's the priority -- shopping, spas, partying or ? Are you looking for a winter escape? someplace a little warmer or is this trip in the spring when you don't have to worry about that?
A spa or shopping trip is always great, but if you're looking for something exciting rather than relaxing, we love to go to big golf tournaments, especially the pro-ams with celebrities. The AT&T is in Pebble Beach is one of the most beautiful scenic places on earth, has a great spa, fabulous food and okay shopping. At night we go to the Mission Ranch Piano Bar and sing along (Clint Eastwood owns this) Past golfers in the tournament have included Justin Timberlake, Chris O'Donnell, Kevin Costner, Dennis Quaid, Samuel Jackson and the funny Bill Murray. There's a similar tournament in Palm Springs called the Bob Hope Celebrity Classic.

If you don't mind traveling overseas, I recommend Paris.
If you are set on the US, I recommend Boston (I live here, so I may be a little bias).
There are great restaurants, museums, theater/music performances and historic sites. It is also very walkable. I recommend Spring or Autumn.

Las Vegas...it's not just for gambling and bachelor parties. There's plenty of dining choices, definitely lots of shopping, all the different shows (and there's plenty...go to vegas.com to get a listing). There's actually quite a lot to do there.
