Yes, it is. She has published other books later on, so I believe it is unlikely to expect another sequel.

My suggestions would be: Twilight, New Moon and Eclipse by Stephanie Meyer I'd Tell You I Love You Then I'd Have To Kill You and Cross My Heart and Hope to Spy by Ally Carter The Melting of Maggie Bean by Tricia Rayburn and How to be Popular and the Princess Diaries Series by Meg Cabot. If you are still stuck there is also Looking for Alaska but I don't remember the author's name, but be warned I cried my eyes out. I hope that helps!

Yes it is. Also the previous post is talking about the wrong series. This question is about the Meg Cabot's American Girl Series. To answer the previous post. Yes they still make the American Girl doll books.

In all honesty, I didnt even know American Girl's Series books were still being made. The last one I read was in 4th grade, which was atleast 10 years ago. Im happy to know that there were more books made for girls, but I also hope that these books teach girls about the issues of today, instead of the issues of yester-year. Every History class from middle school to high school knows on WWI and II, and alot know about the cold war (yet not enough! I still know people my age (20!) that know NOTHING of the cold war!) That's the only issue I have with these books. They need more MODERN history! But I feel this way about histor taught in schools, too! It's sad to say that I was in 6th or 7th grade (not sure now) when the Twin Towers were knocked down, and yet I NEVER learned anything about these happenenings until I was a Freshman in College.

I feel like the Government is trying to keep young people out of their issues, so we can't interfere if we learn the truth about these issues!

I ranted a little bit about the truth of issues, but I feel that it is appropriate since American Girls is SUPPOSED to inform girls about the issues that have afected america and the way we live. Plus we are a minority, and MUST keep up to date with the men in the business world if we plan to get anywhere.
