First...all three are great. For that time period, I'd go to New Orleans.

San Antonio is a great place. Unless you are going to spend days shopping, Riverwalk and the Alamo is more like a day and a half to two day trip for me.

Austin is a great place to visit too. Great bar area, University of Texas, and in the summer some crazy number of bats live under the bridge and give off a show every night. But not nearly as much stuff to do as...
