(i work at a car dealership) and he said to call back in a few cause he had to get his computer on so i called back and i said oh did you get it up? and right after i said it i realized what i said would you have taken it the wrong way? i know he knew what i ment but he started laughing

Oh yes. That is sexual harrassment. Hire a lawyer. Sue him personally and the dealership to. Maybe you can settle for a new vehicle. haha You sound like you have a good sense of humor and that's the way you took it to. Everybody has a good laugh and no harm done. To bad there aren't more like you.
