When i tried too put in the access card after downloading Guild Wars Eye of the North, it wasnt large enough.?

It was only 10 characters long. And dont put stuff like go to Guild Wars Support, because it doesnt help.

We need more info from you. Where did you buy the game? You said you downloaded it? Did you buy it from the online store or did you just download the game content? You need to purchase an Eye of the North key. If you did this thru the online store on your account then you don't need to type in the access key. It will be automatically added to your GW account.

Do you already own one of the original campaigns? Eye of the North is simply an expansion. One of the other 3 games is required.
