70s a little taller, but not enough to worry about any rubbing issues.........

There really isnt any difference in those two tires. Change away. I went from a 265/75/16 to a 285/70/16 on my truck and a 245/65/16 to a 265/75/16 on my jeep. No problem just a little difference in the speedo.

Not if you change all 4 tires. The 65's are 91.3" circumference and will spin 695 times per mile and the 70's are 94.4" circumference and will spin 671 times per mile. The speedometer mph reading will barely change as far as watching your speed, but the wheel speed sensors may set a code and the ABS brakes may not work if you mix the 2 sizes.
