May I just suggest some combinations? I generally prefer to combine names by using both a first and a middle name instead of a new made-up name. Also, do you want a Spanish name, or is any style okay?
For Efrain and Fermary:
Raina Marie
Maria Etain
For Luz and Maria:
Luzaria (made it up)
Maricruz (means "Mary of the Cross")
Mary Lou
Maria-Louisa
Luther Marcel
Marcos Lucero
Lumar (made it up)
For Fernando and Antonia:
Tonia Fern
Anna Fern
Andria
Anne (this sound is found in both names)
Anthony Hernando
Anton/Anthony/Antonio (the "an" sound is in both names)

how is it to combine names to make another one? i think it's better to take completely different name. the name should be real one. (don't do as some celebs do - naming a child with a stupid combination of words). just imaging how he/she will live with it?
if tied of the common names in your place, look for them in other countries.
