could be anything physically causing it but look at other avenues too.
As an example, i was getting headaches for a month once, waking up with them, feeling lethargic and tired all the time and vomiting in my sleep and getting dizzy.
i was getting paranoid that i had a serious problem and then one morning my neighbour in the place next door came in and asked if we had the number of a plumber.
her radiator in her bedroom had been leaking for a month and she finally had to get in a plumber.
my bed was against the other side of the wall to the radiator.
The plumber came, did what he had to do and i never had another headache.
my point is, check everything because you never know what it could be.
cheers

If she is getting no relief, she should see a doctor.

Paracetamol is acetaminophen. Tylenol is the most known brand is the United States (info for other US readers). It is a good pain reliever, but maybe she needs something stronger.

If symptoms persist, that must be very painful and unpleasant. A visit to a doctor is a must. Good luck!
