For age 13 and lower? As far as new movies, I would have to say Enchanted. Pretty funny!

I laughed the hardest to Hot Fuzz, I wasn't expecting to be quite so funny, but its justly rated R.
PG-13 movies I found hilarious was Airplane!, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Space Balls, and The Naked Gun, Dracula : Dead and Loving it. There are many more but I can't name them all at the top of my head, can't pick a favorite out of those though either.
