I am looking for the best parties at nice bars or clubs for New Year's Eve. My friends and I are looking to dress up and drink champagne and cocktails. I've been to almost all the bars and clubs in Scottsdale, so I know what they are like, I just need to know if anyone knows of any special parties for NYE.

There is a thing at Martini Ranch, on at Axis/Radius and big block party. Check out azcentral.com in the events section. They have all of the stuff up for NYE now with details on the bigger events.

Tempe block party I know it isn't in Scottsdale but it is close.
