I think this is a psychology question. And I've never seen or heard of any research on the subject. It might be worthwhile for psychologists to study how illusions deceive people, and any gender-related or race-related differences that they turn up would be interesting to read about. Also, the statistics regarding the speed at which men and women (or Blacks and Whites) can rationally resolve those optical illusions that can be rationally resolved -- e.g., how much time is needed to figure out the area puzzle involving an illusory "triangle" (see link) -- would also be interesting to read about.

I don't think so. I have never heard of that, and I have looked at optical illusions that girls were looking at and we both describe seeing the same thing. And I am a boy.

it depends on how you look at it. you see, more boys are color blind than girls; but besides this it will look the same.
