By "constant in the world," I'm going to assume you mean constant across geography (the same no matter where you go in the world) and across time (same as before, now and forever). Then, I'm going to say there's more than just "one constant." But I'll choose one: knowledge is never complete.

Everyone - EVERYONE has a mum and a dad at the time of conception - it's fair to say that 95%ish of people are happy at being parents and bringing life in to the world - so why is there so much crap going on in the world - Answer me that?
