Increase the Resolution upto levels that your monitor and graphic card support. it will help.
Assuming you're using Windows XP, you can play around with the "DPI" settings on your computer:
Settings
Control Panel
Display
"Settings" tab
"Advanced" button
"General" Tab
Change the dpi setting to custom, it might help

Change your screen resolution to a higher setting. If you are currently at 800x600 then try 1024x768 or bigger. Making your resolution bigger also effects size of your fonts. Raise your DPI setting for fonts to a bigger setting to counteract that. You can find that setting in "advanced" under display settings in control panel.
All the settings you need to change will be found under Display Settings in control panel.

First try using full screen mode. Or increase the resolution of your computer. If this does not help increase the size of your monitor.

Just open the picture using Windows Photo Gallery or Picture Viewer, it will automatically size it for you.

You right click on MY COMPUTER>properties>choose display. change it to see if it is what you want. Don't doe extreme changes. Good luck.
