Burlington Mall is close by. And Lexington and Concord aren't too far away either. Those are fun to visit!

You really aren't too far from Cambridge in Burlington. You could head into Harvard Sq and wander around, visit shops, stop for a meal. Plenty of cheap places to eat there.

Burlington Mall is definitely a nice Mall though, if you like to shop.

Going north, you could head up to Salem and wander around there as well. Some cool shops and interesting museums.
