Played in Major League Baseball? No.
However, there were a whole bunch of professional women baseball players back in the 1940s and '50s, in the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League, most popularly memorialized in the film A League Of Their Own.

MLB -- no.
Minors -- former catcher Pat Borders had a daughter who made it to the minors, oh, 15 years ago or so. She didn't do all that well. She was a pitcher. Relief pitcher if I am recalling correctly.

women arent allowed to play in mlb. the main reason given was inadequate facilities. isle borders played in the minors and was a pretty good lefty but had to dress at home and wasnt accepted by guys. mostly cause well guys suck when it comes to a woman wanting to play a game they think they dominate. haha just kidding dont fully understand what the problem is but unfortunatly even if a woman could pitch at 100+ mph she wouldnt be allowed to play because sexism does still exist.

of the 4 major north american sports, only hockey(NHL) has had a professioal female player - and she never played a regular season game. Manon Rheaume was a goalie in the Tampa Bay Lightning system.
