Baseball is for boys and girls who enjoy playing the game.

I don't know if boys are really for boys only, but it seems more buyys/men play baseball, and the women play softball. Evne through maybe in some non professional leagues, they might have teams that men and woman play on. But softball is pretty close to baseball that you can get, even through the field is different, and a few diffferent rules then baseball.

DEFINITELY no... i played little league baseball with the boys from 5 years old to 14, and then I started playing school softball... i think if you want to be good then you should play w/ the boys until school leagues b/c since I was use to the competiotion w/ the boys I pretty much dominated softball... now I'm on a junior olympic team :D
P.S. if you ever go to the baseball hall of fame in coopertown NY, there's a section dedicated to a women who played in the professional minor leagues named Ila Borders

Nonsense,
I feel sorry for girls that grow up with someone telling them baseball, or any other sport (any other thing for that matter) is for boys only.
If you happen to be a young boy or girl and someone has told you this, tell them they are wrong and they should be very careful saying such things to children. It can have a huge impact on a life.
And if you are a young boy or girl the only thing you need to know is that you can be anything you want if you want it bad enough.
So let this be your lesson for today. Sometimes even the best parents are wrong and in the end it is up to you to decide who you want to be.

No way. I remember playing Little League at the Minor League level and there was a girl on the team. She was our starting shortstop that year and was one of the best players. Gender doesn't matter in baseball, it is only how good the person playing is.

girls can play baseball. Girls is better playing soccer so they have chances to play for colleges and US national team.
