Since the owner of the Internet connection knows everything about the traffic, is there a way to block and delete the information? PLEASE help.

at the top of the page, go to tools> internet options>clear history. if you use internet explorer 7, the tools page will be at the top right of the page

If you are talking about incoming rouge packets, you have to use your firewall if you have one installed. A real firewall will block all rogue packets incoming and keep your personal data from leaving your PC.

If you don't have a true firewall, because Microsoft firewall is only one way, I suggest you download the free version Zone Alarm. Look for "home", and open where you will find the free home for personal use. http://www.zonealarm.com

Otherwise you have no control over the traffice in your IP's server.
