college at university?

just how fun is college, would you recommend going to one in state or out?
I know it's cheaper in state.
How is dorm life.
Any tips on studying and taking notes in class?

Do like me I study everyday and if you are not learning from the professor skip and teach yourself because you will find out in college that the students who skip and take that time to teach themselves perform better on the test.
