have you read the Vampire Kisses series? or the Got Fangs? series? those are both vampire ones (if you couldn't tell by the titles -.-). if you don't want vampires but you want romance books, then read books by the same publishing company as 30 Guys In 30 Days. if you don't want the vampires and not as much romance as the previous suggestion, then try Once Upon A Time series or The Key series.

I hope that helped a little!

I LOVE Stephenie Meyer! Her books are awesome!! I can't wait for the 4th (which will be out sometime in Fall 2008). Stephenie Meyer has a new sci-fi (or quote "sci-fi for those who don't like sci-fi" end quote) book coming out May 6, 2008. You should check that out when the time comes.

As for reading what during that period of time, you should try:

The House of Night series by P.C. Cast and Kristin Cast (These are also about vampires, and pretty good too. I just wish they were a tad bit longer.)

Terrier by Tamora Pierce (Actually, you should try all of her books. She's an awesome writer.)

The Maximum Ride trilogy by James Patterson. (Just finished the 1st and 2nd. It's pretty good and a great alternative to vampire books.)

They're all great books and I highly recommend them!
