One would think yes. But consider how megalomaniacs have documented their madness throughout History.
The only one that might object is King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia. The House of Saud had a very low profile before befriending the Bush family

No, they are still mad at us for not "converting" to their fascism.
Bush is seen as a victim of liberal blood-suckers to them.
They will do their best to resurrect his image during the next presidency... they just have to wait for people to forget a few things.
