my ex who I have been split for for 5 years and we have a 9 year old son together has just asked me to have dna done?there is no question at all that he is not jis and I have nothing to hide but I know he is upto something he also wants parental responsability?and to be put on the birth certificate ! he cheated on me thaths why I left him and he has recently married a girl from praugue and all of a sudden all this can anyone shed any light this is like the biggest slap in the face I have ever had !!im 100 per cent sure hes his he is like his twin aswell! would anyone know w hat he may be upto he is also a high earner could it be tax?

run very fast the other way.. do not give this man the satisfaction.. so what i did. run run run. dont give him one shred of rights.
the minute his name hits that birth certificate, he gets half rights on the child until they reach 16 say no tell him your moving do whatever just dont let him.
you know better than most what ive been thru, without going into it! lol just dont do it! trust me!

If its his kid then he needs to partake in his life and be on the birth certificate and the whole 9 yards. Getting a "tax" break is not a sure fire thing and he will have to take you to court to get that, regarless of the childsupport, if any, he pays. But you should not, regarless of your own personal feelings towards him, hinder the relationship between your child and the father.
