its not diconnected and the power button is blinking on player 1, player 3, and player 4, but not 2

What part of it is blinking red? Look at which lights, how many of them, etc. Different patterns have different meanings.

you are decribing the RRoD (Red rings of death). Yes, microsoft screwed up, again. but they extended the warranty on the 360 so you should be able to contact xbox customer support and they will send you a box and everything to send it back to them. depending on the problems, they will either fix it or send you a brand new one.
Also, i have heard this problem soemtimes comes from poor ventilation. next time keep your xbox off the carpet or floor and make sure all vents get proper air.

If you are talking about the xbox 360, and u have 3 flashing red lights, thats call the red ring of death, you will need to get it repaired by Microsoft, this is due to hardware failure....http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/support

it has crashed you need to take it back or get it fix your hard drive is not working
