I have (for Pats-Colts game at the beginning of November) and I would do it again - but not for Pats-Giants. Unlike the Giants, I thought the Colts at least had a chance to beat the Pats. (It's probably worth pointing out that I'm not even a true fan of either of these teams. I'm a Steelers fan!)
You shouldn't be surprised by this - the Pats have a chance to make history with this game, and the bulk of the Pats' fan base is located a relatively short distance from the location. To say nothing of the fact that you're talking about two large, wealthy markets, chock full of fans with extra money to spend.
It's a matter of supply and demand.

I'll be watching NFL network, toasty warm with a nice scotch on ice in hand. I can't see why anyone would spend that kind of money. Maybe they want to claim that they were there when history was being made, but thats not for me. Besides, I don't have to stand in line to use the bathroom.
$500! Crazy.

Gus...Gus, you recognize the respond on your question till now you even published it. for sure, it does no longer be a robust theory to purchase a value tag to a expert soccer pastime in case you do not have earnings on the time (no remember what the fee). If a team is experiencing detrimental attendance, then it may be sensible advertising for them to diminish expenses on tickets to get human beings in the stadium. possibly you ought to call the value tag workplace of your team and ask them to show to the vendors or determination makers on value tag expenses which you would be wanting to be in the stands for a undeniable pastime; possibly including that in the event that they might grant any $30 tickets for promotional purposes, that it may boost your possibilities of having in the gate.

Look, these guys aren't too bright!
I mean they actually give 27 points in an NFL game that their team barely even wins over a 3 win team.
Just keep raising the price. They'll pay whatever you charge.

Its all based on what you can afford..
Remember that in NYC 500.00 is nothing to some people. To most people, myself included its too much to spend on a regular season game. Perhaps I would pay that to see my team if they were in the SB, but not a regular season game.
But there are rich New Yorkers and other people that would pay 500.00 and not even think twice about it....

No way!!! I have better things to spend my money on. Plus if I wanted to see a game that bad I would pay extra for the sports package, and still have money left over!!

Why would anyone pay to see the Patriots dismember the Giants? We all know that Bilichick has already stolen New York's playbook (along with everyone elses) so why bother?
Real men don't cheat.

Just watch it on tv.
I've never been to a pro game and never want to go even though it would be nice.
I'd rather sit on the couch with some snacks and watch the game on TV
