When i Put an music cd in the 360 and listen to it and it says
RIP CD' and i try to do so but it dont seem to work how do you go about doing that? i have an 256mb memory stick no other Asscersioers with it do i need something special? also my 360 comes with Wireless does that mean only wireless controllers are compatiable and i can not use Controller with an Cord?

You need a hard drive so that you can save all those mp3 you rip from the CD.
You can still use a wired controller for your 360.

There are wired controllers you can get for the 360. They plug into the USB ports. You can have a total of 4 controllers connected at once.
