Tony Romo already has broken almost every single season record and a couple of the career records for the Dallas Cowboys. For a young guy, who didn't play big time college ball, he has great instincts and he has a lot of fun. Troy Aikman feels he already has earned a spot amoung the greatest QB's. You definitely can't argue with his numbers. His judgement is almost always great, that is except when it comes to his dating life.

Too early to tell, he's never won anyhing meaningful, but neither did Marino. Manning was a sure hall of famer even without the ring. Brady is a shoe in because, well, becasue he's Brady. If Romo can break some career records he could be a hall of famer without rings, but that will be hard to do. Favre keeps piling up the numbers. Brady set a bunch this season, Manning has a few, Marino still holds a couple. I think he will have to have one heck of a 5 or 6 year run to get there, and TO is getting old, so they will needs some weapons for him.

A couple more years like this year, and surely he'll make the Cowboys' "Ring of Honor".

The hall of fame recognizes a career of achievement, not just a few seasons.

Troy Aikman is an announcer now. As an announcer, he has to think of interesting things to say so that people will talk about him & what he brings to the table as an announcer. As such, I always take anything an announcer says with a grain of salt. Sometimes they have to play the devil's advocate.

It takes a very good body of work over at least 8 or 9 seasons for a quarterback to even be considered a Hall of Famer.

Romo would have to have another 7 or 8 equally successful seasons like 2007 to even be CONSIDERED....

Uh, I think Troy Aikman might be a little biased.

It's too soon to tell whether Romo deserves a spot in Canton.

Are you kidding. Are you basing this on just this season. Unless he has this kind of season throughout his career, then I say yes but he has only played one year & he hasn't won a Super Bowl yet

How about winning a playoff game? And if Aikman really said that he's still suffering from that hit LaVarr Arrington put on him that caused him to retire.

The guy has one good year and you're prepping him for the Hall? Last time I checked, you had to have a great CAREER for that sort of thing. Ask again in five years or so.

I can't decide, when in doubt go with all of the above. 105,000-Green Bay should have 105,000 seats, then my great great grandchildren might actually get those season tickets I put on reserve ten years ago.
