off the top of my head, Allende in Chile, Mossadegh in Iran, Aristide in Haiti, Sandinistas in Nicaragua... and to a lesser or indirect degree Nasser or at least Nasser-ism in Egypt. i am sure there are several others. that is going by "good example" not just Independence from the Washington Consensus.

That is total B/S I've lived in Bangkok for many years After we pulled out of Vietnam they ask us to remove our military bases from Thailand ,which we did,than Vietnam went to war with China for a few days invaded Cambodia Thailand ask us too help We gave them money and still do Y'all have no idea what your talking about and i don't think your American Just stop into any Cambodian donut shop ,in the states, they well tell you "you Americans did nothing to help us" Get a brain Get a life Get out of here
