you could try ebay if you have an account, but it takes too much time to find a good deal and then you have to wait for it to arrive. i would rather just go to wal-mart and buy it there, that way you know your item will not be damaged if its coming thru ups or fed ex.

Ebay is always a good option.
For shopping online and in store sales on consoles and games the best I've found is www.cheapassgamer.com

you can go to gamestop.com. i dont think they have those stores on the west coast but they have a website and they are awesome!!!
